Arrival: Your accommodation is ready for you at 2 pm. Of course you may arrive earlier, however, holiday apartment will only be ready for you from 2 pm onwards. If you are delayed, please let us know.

Departure: On your departure day, please vacate your apartment not later than 10 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible only on request.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

You may cancel your reservation without cancellation fee up to 60 days before your arrival date. Only your deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellations between the 60th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation up to  30 days before arrival: 70% of the full booking amount Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the full booking amount.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period will be charged.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to spend your holiday here with us.

Terms of Use Digital Guest Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
